The Data Protection and Privacy Policy adopted by I Do Weddings serves as emphasis on our commitment to respect the personally identifiable information entrusted to us by clients, prospective clients, suppliers and associates.
This policy directs how I do Weddings will collect, store and use information pertaining to businesses, organisations and individuals. The policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure it remains current and aligned with existing standards and the requirements of our clients, prospective clients, suppliers and associates.

How we collect your data
The personally identifiable information held by us will have been gathered as information already in the public domain and classed as ‘open source’ or provided by you as a result of an enquiry either through the I do Weddings website; directly by email or phone, or by you having provided your details at a Wedding Fayre, networking event or chance meeting.
Sharing your PII
I Do Weddings may occasionally come across other services which may be of interest to you for current or future events; however, we will never pass your details to any third party but, instead will pass details of those services that are already in the public domain, to you the client.
Security of your data
All data obtained by I do Weddings is solely for the purpose of your specified event or enquiry. Your data will not be sold in any form to any third party, including mailing lists. I Do Weddings will maintain due diligence in security measures to protect your data and maintain its integrity whilst stored by us.
Right of removal
At any time, you have the right to request removal of your data from our records. If making a request for your data to be removed, you should do so by email, stating which piece(s) of data you wish to be removed (you do not have to say why). You should accept that if this is the only data we hold and therefore the only method of contacting you in relation to your booking or enquiry, removal of the data (if there is no substitute) may make your booking or enquiry untenable, and could result in a cancellation in accordance with the terms and conditions of I Do Weddings.
